Developed and maintained multiple websites for several military-niche media brands and unique new projects.

• Handled migration of existing community members from an Ektron-based content and community management software for implementation of YetAnotherForum.NET forum software, as well as migration of content for a custom-built content management system.

• Designed and developed a platform for payments to and distribution of prepaid cards, through a Service-Oriented Architecture approach.
• Acted as project manager and led multiple departments and third-party companies with weekly conference calls throughout formation of the company.
• Wrote detailed procedural and technical documentation for client integration and use, as well as for internal development.

Nexagen USA/NexEurope

• Developed and maintained the website of a global, multi-level marketing company.
• Provided quick turnaround on urgent issues with both the website, and prepaid cards.
• Used Trac, a project and bug tracking system, to provide support for customer service issues, document processes in the integrated Wiki, and to aid in formal processes for project management.
• Maintained and developed payment processing system that integrates with Authorize.NET, Pago, ClickandBuy, Banamex and ICS.
• Implemented and supported unique payment solutions for cash deposits to various banks throughout the world.
